If patience is a virtue then Jeff helped me understand that. Jeff helped me purchase a home in Santa Rosa that was a Short Sale. We submitted our offer and when the agent said it was a pre-approved Short Sale we thought it would go through fast. That could not be farther from the truth. Jeff helped me find my first home in Santa Rosa and what a deal. The sales price of the home was $239,000 and it was a descent house but I bought it for $210,000. The lender also gave me a $7500 credit for loan closing costs and during the course of the escrow had to refurbish the in ground pool which cost them another $5,500. I have to admit with the FHA 203K program which gives me up to $35,000 to fix up the house it was a tough loan to get, but I know once the house is fixed up I will be very happy. As property owners of rental property in Santa Rosa we considered the possibility of a Starker Delayed Exchange. We approached Jeff & Teresa about the plan and to explain the process.
