Jeff helped me find my first home in Santa Rosa and what a deal. The sales price of the home was $239,000 and it was a descent house but I bought it for $210,000. The lender also gave me a $7500 credit for loan closing costs and during the course of the escrow had to refurbish the in ground pool which cost them another $5,500.
