Meet The Team

Jeff Henderson, Home Selling Specialist Since 1978.

Jeff Henderson is the Rainmaker. He is a people person and enjoys working with buyers and sellers to fulfill their needs of buying and selling real estate. His goal is to maintain educated, current knowledge of the market and put the client first in the search for real estate.

Jeff was born and raised in Sonoma County and graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College. His back ground started with training for Bank of America as an Operations Officer and was responsible for the day to day operations of the Bank. This education of running a bank launched him into a career of Real Estate starting in 1978 and he hasn't looked back. He spent his first 23 years in the business working for at that time the largest independent Real Estate Company, Hurd Real Estate and was Top Salesmen many times over the years. Since then he has realized that to better service his clients he needed a Team Approach and Strong Company like CPS- (Creative Property Services) which sells more real estate in Sonoma County than any other local Real Estate Office. Teresa Henderson, Home Selling Specialist

Teresa Henderson was born and raised in Sonoma County and entered Real Estate in 1990 and the age of 23. With 19 years of experience in every facet of the Real Estate Business she brings a wealth of knowledge and know how to the table. Accredited with many awards with her husband over the years she knows that this only attest to the fact that she has had many years of satisfied clients.

Teresa has a tremendous knack for helping her clients reach their goals. Katie Kennedy-Hodges, Transaction Coordinator

Katie Kennedy-Hodges handles all of our escrows to make sure that all of the paper work necessary to close your real estate transaction is done to the highest standards possible. In today's world it is more important than ever to protect both Buyer's and Seller's from any possible liability or misunderstandings. She is definitely an asset to our team with her years of experience and know how and is also a licensed real estate agent which makes her understand the real estate process even better.


Barbara Drewes- Office Administrator

Barbara Drewes comes to us with years of experience in customer relations and office management. Some of her duties include greeting our clients either by phone or in person to handle their various needs and assisting us in giving you better service. She is Supreme Commander and Ruler of signs and lock boxes and manages our new listings and open escrows to see that they reach the right departments for processing. She truly is a joy to have on our team.


Trinity Kent

Trinity Kent has been a real asset to The Henderson Team. She is instrumental in coordinating the advertising schedule for all of our homes, ensuring that the Ad's are correct and on time in various publications such as the Press Democrat Paper and Colored Magazine-Homes and Land. She has tremendous knowledge in Advertising and no job is to tough for her.

Whitney is our IT department, she is available for our Team with any technical difficulty with regards to our software, computers and programming.
